Today marks the launch of my new website: HeatBoxx.com – a place to exchange opinions and to engage in meaningful conversations about all things music. While today might seem a bit random, the current heatwave is a good fit for this kind of launch. After all, if you are passionate about music, it will set you on fire. It will make you want to share and experience emotions. It will make you want to make meaningful connections with like-minded individuals.
There has been enough snarky social media profiles which claim their right to discuss music. There have been enough hateful comments about artists to justify creating an alternative. At this is all that HeatBoxx is really about. Being an alternative place for exchanging music-related comments in a bite-sized fashion. Respectfully and meaningfully. That’s it. No promises. Just another attempt to make music conversations a thing. I do miss it a lot. Don’t you?
