Let’s start the week on a positive note, shall we? Ari Fraser’s “My Lucky Charm” is a love song written for his wife. This gentle pop ballad, with some unexpected synth-pop-ish influences, is a statement of a true devotion, for better and for worse. Simply put, for ever.
There is so much affection in this song that it can almost make you feel jealous. The lyrics shine with pure emotional honesty filling up the instrumental space with sounds which are atmospheric, light and most importantly romantic.
With all the negativity that we are all facing daily, I have just had this thought of sharing a little sonic spark with you all today. If you think this is cheesy, not my problem! 😉
