Solarrio “She Goes”

Every now and then, I feel the need to step out of my trippy alternative niche and look around with my eyes and ears open a bit wider. Yes, it’s that ‘mainstream’ word that not everyone likes, but I enjoy an every-now-and-then trip to. And here’s a good example. A mix of pop, RnB and occasional electro funk vibes. “She Goes” by Solarrio. 

The eclectic side of “She Goes” is what has drawn me to Salerrio’s music. The man behind the sounds, David Barenboim, was born into a family immersed in classical music, so to me, his choice to go electro sounds almost like a rebellion. If we get good pop songs out it as a result, then it was definitely worth it.

“She Goes” is light-hearted and super radio-friendly, which of course can mean different things to different people. Suffice to say, this is one of those tunes that will make you sway, or tap your feet, whether you want it or not. Add to it a catchy melody of the chorus and here we go – an ear worm!
