We have all been there, no need to deny. Regardless of the means of transportation, of course, we all look around at our fellow travellers (pun totally intended). One look, two looks, and the imagination starts working. Who is that person? What is their life like? Are they also secretly throwing looks at me? Guilty as charged!
Introducing Kiey and his new single “white boy i sat next to on the plane”, and his story of catching an innocent glimpse of a guy on a plane. This delicate, LGBT-friendly tune, feels almost too easy, with light piano strokes and a minimalistic arrangement. Yet, in Kiey’s own words, “Little did I know such a simplistic song can require so much effort to make it sound polished”.
Well, the effort is definitely paying off, as this first preview of Kiey’s third album makes you really hungry for more. Add to it a tasteful, almost poetic video, and you will be hooked for sure!

It’s a bit embarrassing thing to say, especially in the 21st century, but I have never been on a plane… 🙈 but I’m well acquainted with trains and buses and people you meet there.
The song sounds very comfy, reminds me something Troye Sivan would make.
Greetings. 🙂
You are not missing anything, plane-wise, I mean 🙂
Comfy is a cool word to describe this song, too! 🙂
